Briefing

Brainstorming to truly gain an in-depth understanding of the clients, their vision, their needs and integrating this information to create an extraordinary brief, highlighting design opportunities and challenges together with carrying out a preliminary analysis of the project, spaces and environment.

ID concept Design

The vision then gets approved by the clients and is given shape through concept mood images for gaining a better understanding of the design and the direction it needs to fit in with the clients mindset followed by thorough consultation regarding design concerns. Once, consultation is completed, the project is translated from the realms of the ideas to a concept design based on design intent, budget and necessary project requirements.

Schematic Design

Becoming the logical extension, the concept design is approved, changes are made and the idea takes in the form of 3d renderings with finalising the mood and feel of the design demonstrating the schematic design needed to develop a detailed design package.

Development & documentation

The schematic design gets approved, a comprehensive design package consisting the specifications required pertaining to the general arrangements, elevation and construction detailing is formulated to achieve the level of completeness needed for the idea to transcend into a physical form wherein this design package gets issued for construction.
